• Occupancy: 10 – 30 people depending on use

Studio equipped with:
• Sprung floors with vinyl Tarkett surface
• 7’ mirrors along one wall
• Permanent ballet barres fixed at 32” and 42” above the floor
• Upright piano
• Sound system with CD player and iPod adapter

Rates:
• Non-profit Rehearsal/Meeting Rate: $9.00/hour
• Non-profit Class/Audition/Workshop Rate: $11.00/hour
• For-Profit Rate: $35.00/hour
